These terms govern your use of TravelMate Nepal. By creating an account or requesting a booking, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

Travel services

Hotels, guides, transport providers and activity operators are responsible for delivering the services described in confirmed bookings. Availability and final confirmation may depend on the provider.

Prices and payments

Prices, inclusions, taxes and fees should be reviewed before payment. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation notice. Never send payment to an account not shown in the verified checkout flow.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and refund rules can vary by service. The applicable policy should be shown before checkout and in your confirmation. Contact support promptly if your plans change.

Traveler responsibilities

You are responsible for valid travel documents, permits, insurance, health requirements and following safety instructions. Trekking and adventure activities involve inherent risks.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent bookings, scrape private data or interfere with the service.
