We may collect contact details, booking information, account details, communications and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy policies.

How we use information

We use information to provide requested services, coordinate with travel providers, confirm bookings, offer support, prevent misuse and improve TravelMate Nepal.

Sharing

We share only the information needed with relevant hotels, guides, operators, payment providers and service partners. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal and security purposes, and use appropriate safeguards to protect it.
